- Anand Sebastian is HoD and scientist at the Centre for Geoinformatics under Natural Resource Management Division. He has a wide range of research experience in environmental science, climate change, disaster management and local-level spatial planning. He obtained his masters from Mangalore University. He handles the coordination of different projects and training activities of the division in the area of earth observation data and geospatial tools.
